Dispatch & Tracking Info

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two working days. 
Tracking details are automatically sent by email once the order is  processed and is ready for pickup.

Photograph and Paintings are printed on order and are dispatched 5 - 7 days from the date of ordering.  

 

 

Expected Delivery Times 

DOMESTIC :  8-10 working days.

INTERNATIONAL : 15-21 working days.

International Shipping

Depending on the location, delivery times may vary from 10 to  21 days.

Additional customs fees may be subject to your order depending on your specific country's policies. Please check this with your local customs before making a purchase. 'House of Sai' is not liable for any such fees charged.

For international standard shipping, we provide tracking information for orders as soon as they are shipped, however courier partner updates this as soon as the package clears domestic customs from India, typically within a week.

 

For the express international shipping option, tracking information is provided as soon as your order is processed, typically within 3 days and is updated instantly by the courier partner (DHL)
 

 

Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping & billing addresses, name and contact information, and ensure that all information is accurate.

Our courier partners require an OTP verification, so please make sure the phone number is correct and accessible at the delivery address.

Incase of a failed delivery attempt, our team will reach out to you and the delivery partner and try to have the delivery reattempted.

 

In the event an order is returned due to an incorrect address / contact information / unavailability, we will refund the amount deducting the shipping fee (as actual) and handling fee of 10% of the order value.
